Consent to personal data processing

1. When consent applies

This document applies only together with a separate explicit action in a form or other interface. Viewing a page, signing in, accepting terms or simply sending an email does not itself constitute this consent.

Consent is separate from terms, policies and other documents confirmed by the user. Refusing optional consent does not limit functions that do not require such processing.

2. Purpose and data

The specific purpose, data categories, period, withdrawal method and recipients are stated next to the separate consent action. Examples include a talent pool, product research or an information mailing list.

• Name and contact details.
• Qualifications, experience, education and preferred role.
• CV, portfolio, links and cover text voluntarily supplied by the person.
• Technical consent record: text version, date and time, IP address and user agent.

3. Permitted operations

• Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage and correction.
• Use for the specified purpose and provision to authorized processors.
• Restriction, erasure and destruction after the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn.

4. Duration and withdrawal

The duration is stated next to the specific purpose. Unless a shorter period is specified for a talent pool, consent lasts one year from submission or until withdrawal. Send withdrawal requests to hello@kaionrobotics.ru.

After withdrawal is received, processing based on consent stops and data is destroyed within the legally prescribed period, unless another legal ground requires retention or processing.
