1. Current operation

The public website uses only essential records needed to show the cookie notice and protect the website. Advertising cookies, retargeting pixels and third-party web analytics are not connected.

The public website stores only a record that the notice has been shown. It is not consent to future analytics, preferences or marketing tools. If the cookie set changes, a new version will be published and separate consent requested where required.

2. Records used

• localStorage kaion_cookie_notice_v2: notice version and acknowledgement time; retained until the user clears website data.
• Cookie kaion_cookie_notice: a backup of the acknowledgement; up to one year, Path=/, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS.
• Server request logs are not cookies; they support website availability and security.

3. Managing cookies

While optional categories are not connected, the interface does not offer a fictitious choice or save consent for them. The records in use can always be reviewed through the Cookies link in the footer.

Records can be deleted in browser settings. After clearing them, the notice appears again.

4. Kaion Hub restricted pages

After a successful sign-in, Hub uses an essential secure session cookie and a separate token to protect requests that change data. They last up to eight hours unless the session ends earlier.

These records are not used for advertising or analytics profiling. Blocking them prevents sign-in and actions within the restricted service.
