1. General provisions

This policy covers personal data processing on kaionrobotics.ru, orb.kaionrobotics.ru, forge.kaionrobotics.ru, public product pages and enquiries sent through published contacts.

Kaion Account and user products have separate documents at docs.kaionrobotics.ru. Organization representatives using Fleet can access its separate privacy and essential cookie information before signing in.

2. Data subjects and data categories

• Website visitors: IP address, user agent, request date and time, requested URL and technical security events.
• People making enquiries: name, email, Telegram account, company, position, message content and attachments voluntarily supplied.
• Job applicants: name, contact details, CV and portfolio information and answers concerning a specific vacancy.
• Website preferences: a record that the essential cookie notice has been shown and when the choice was saved.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Contact details and enquiry content are used to respond, prepare cooperation or review an application initiated by the person. Grounds include the enquiry, steps before entering a contract, contract performance or separate consent where required.

Technical data is processed to keep the website available, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and protect the rights of the controller and users in accordance with law.

Optional analytics and advertising tools are not connected at present. Before enabling them, the tools, recipients, retention and legal grounds will be published and any necessary consent requested through a separate voluntary action.

4. Processing operations and retention

• Collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, use, provision to authorized processors, restriction, erasure and destruction.
• Applications for a specific vacancy: during review and related enquiries. Retention for future vacancies requires a separate legal ground.
• General enquiries: until correspondence is completed and afterwards only for the period needed to protect rights or meet legal duties.
• Technical logs: for the period needed for security and investigation. An incident may extend this period for the investigation.
• The record that the essential cookie notice was shown: one year or until the user clears website data.

5. Sharing, storage and protection

The controller does not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks.

Hosting, communications, email and messaging providers may process data only as needed to operate the site or respond to enquiries, under law and contractual obligations.

When collecting personal data of Russian citizens, initial recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction and retrieval use databases in the Russian Federation, except where law provides otherwise.

The controller uses access controls, secure connections, logging of significant actions, backups and erasure procedures. The public document does not disclose security configurations.

6. Data subject rights

• Request correction, restriction or destruction where legal grounds exist.
